A 22 year-old Kaiser Permanente employee sends a company-wide email accusing Sr. Management of bad faith & blunders in the rollout of KP’s electronic health records system – HealthConnect.  (He is fired and ends up a cyberspace hero and on the front page of the WSJ!)
