Or as I like to call it – investing in employee health for improved productivity and competitive advantage.  Really, this is what will happen next in health care.  Managing health care cost by changing plans, vendors, co-pays, deductibles, etc. is just treating the symptoms.  Managing employee health is curing the disease.
