Article about Sr. Management talent drain at Ford. Seems Options are worthless and bonuses have not been forthcoming in last several years. Better figure out a way to retain the high performers – or the trouble only gets worse. Treating all Sr. Management the same – based on “whole company” results is not going to work for Ford.
