Yes, this is already posted everywhere else – but this acquisition seems to strengthen ADP’s mid-market benefits outsourcing offer. The big question – to me – is whether or not ADP can really take advantage of what Employease does best. Will they be able to maintain the partnership-making and flexibility of Employease. Or will Employease have to comply with the “ADP Way”?? No matter what happens this is a huge endorsement of Software as a Service.
